Build the Foundation: Movement

In this workshop we will dive into 5 basic principles of movement. These 5 principles are biomechanical awareness issues that when understood can create a proper foundation for all movements patterns. This workshop will help you better understand why and how our bodies move. It will improve your body awareness and will enhance your time in both our mindful movement classes as well as strength & conditioning and liftstyle classes.
