This Strength Based class focus’ on more technical lifts using the Barbell such as the Snatch, Clean, and OH Squats. It may also include other non-technical barbell movements. New to lifting? No problem. We will go through each lift in a safe and comfortable environment. This class is designed to build efficiency and fluidity with the barbell and of course, build strength
