Meet some of our FOREVER FIT crew🙌

We created our Forever Fit programs for those 50+ who either want to start moving or want keep moving as they age.

The exercises progress each week but are very age, stage, and beginner appropriate.

We are excited that these classes have been such a sucess and are excited to see what the 25’ brings this program!

We’ve always said we use fitness as our platform to build comm-UNITY and last night we used @taylorswift and barre with Coach @cassb.pilates to bring these beautiful women together for a fun night of singing and dancing.

This is what it’s all about🙌

Sure… lifting weights and hitting our goals is cool too- but coming together on a Friday, having the best time with people you may not have normally met is extra sweet.
