HAPPY ONE YEAR FOREVER FIT🎉 Just over a year a

HAPPY ONE YEAR FOREVER FIT🎉

Just over a year ago a newer client of ours invited us out for coffee and suggested the idea of doing a “older adults” class. He happened to be in this stage and wanted to learn to do strength training but in a slower capacity and with people in the same stage.

We leaned into our community, put the idea out there and Forever Fit was born. A strength focused class geared towards an older population. We wanted to keep them safe but get them stronger as they age. We soon added a FF Pilates and Restore class as well.

Huge thank you to Coach @pattymaciel7 for running the strength and conditioning portion of this program. We couldn’t run it without you❤️

A big thank you to Coach @cassb.pilates for running the Pilates portion of this program.

Another big thank you to Coach @brandi.nicole.booth for running the Restore class (a combination of yoga and strength) for this program.

Lastly… a big thank you to all the clients… You have embraced it, showed up, and have made this program a success with your commit to your health and longevity ✨

We had the best time volunteering at @archbishopjordanhigh for their first ABJ Fit X competition!

Our Coach, Stacey is also a high school teacher and runs an amazing sports program so we had to help judging!

We’re exhausted 🥵 (judging is hard work) but the kiddos did amazing and we can’t wait for next year✨✨✨

They show up and razz us but they also support and cheer all of us ladies on.

We are so blessed to have them and couldn’t imagine the gym without them!
