Group Fitness

At RTB we believe in balance. We believe high intensity is not always the way. This is why our group fitness program has three class categories. Strength and conditioning, lifting and mindful movement. Strength and conditioning uses dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, rowers etc and will include non technical lifts such as deadlifts, back squats and front squats. Lifting uses the barbells and includes more technical lifts such as snatches, cleans and overhead squats. Lastly mindful movement includes pilates, meditation, barre and yoga.
Quality Equipment

We have a large variety of equipment and continue to add more as we love our members to be able to try something new. We have always sanitized all equipment after use but have increased our routine cleaning of the studio as well to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Quality Coaches

Our team of coaches are certified in their field of expertise. We strive to provide our members with the best level of service.

We have mens and womens changerooms both with 2 showers and provide full amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. We have temporarily removed provided product and hair dryers from changerooms per Covid Regulations.

Coffee Bar

Unfortunately our coffee bar is temporarily closed due to covid regulations. Hopefully it will be back soon!
