At RTB we offer 40+ classes per week in studio and 1 class virtually.
Classes include everything from strength, conditioning, and lifting, to reformer and yoga.

Corporate Membership
Did you know that we offer a Corporate Membership here at RTB?
To take advantage of this great deal all you need is 3 people from the same office. The 3 of you sign up for an unlimited membership and will each receive 15% off your membership fees.
The corporate membership gives you access to all group fitness classes as well as the regular membership perks that come along with it.

Group Fitness Schedule
Raise the Bar Sherwood Park is so much more than a fitness studio, the owners Kara and Joanna have created such a welcoming community. The class sizes are kept small and the coaches provide one on one attention while encouraging you to strive for your personal best. The atmosphere is so welcoming to all levels of fitness and everything can be modified. I feel like the owners and coaches genuinely care about their clients’ health, whatever stage they’re in. The atmosphere in the studio makes attending fun and I am so happy to have found a studio where I feel so comfortable.
