March Nutrition Challenge

March Nutrition Challenge

Option 1: Basic Nutritional Recommendations – This is a great way to get on track and eat balanced meals. Each week you will receive an email with basic nutritional recommendations. This is for someone who need to take baby steps towards their nutrition goals. $25

Option 2: Serving Sizes – This is a great way to learn proper serving sizes. You will be assigned a certain amount of servings to eat per day. This is for those who have a basic understanding for nutrition but are looking for the next step. $50

Option 3: Macros – This is a great way to learn how to use and apply macros. You will be assigned macros to hit each day. This is for those who have a good understanding of nutrition and are looking for something a little more specific to hit their goals. $100

Raise the Bar Sherwood Park is so much more than a fitness studio, the owners Kara and Joanna have created such a welcoming community. The class sizes are kept small and the coaches provide one on one attention while encouraging you to strive for your personal best. The atmosphere is so welcoming to all levels of fitness and everything can be modified. I feel like the owners and coaches genuinely care about their clients’ health, whatever stage they’re in. The atmosphere in the studio makes attending fun and I am so happy to have found a studio where I feel so comfortable.
