Not sure which classes best suit your needs and goals? We can help! Contact us to book a free consultation. You’ll meet one of our coaches and take a studio tour. You’ll also chat with them about your needs, goals, and availability. As a result they will help you create a schedule that is sustainable and appropriate for you!
To ensure that everyone has ample opportunity to get into classes we do have a cancellation policy in effect. For morning classes we ask that you cancel 12 hours prior and for evening classes 8 hours prior to class.
If you cancel outside of these time periods passholders and dropins will forfeit the pass and unlimited memberships will be charged a $10 fee.
