Group Fitness Class Schedule
Welcome to Raise the Bar SP’s group class schedule!! We offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels. To navigate this schedule click on each tab to see the different class offerings. You’ll find descriptions of each class HERE!
- Lifting – Where you will work on your olympic lifts
- Open Gym – For members only. Open gym is a non coached class that you can come in and work on skills or do your own workout.
- Mindful Movement – Where you will find all Pilates Classes.
- Strength & Conditioning – Right now these classes only include low intensity options such as Amped Down and Building Blocks.
- Virtual Classes – Where you will find all of our virtual classes.
