Group Fitness Class Schedule

Welcome to Raise the Bar SP’s group class schedule!! We offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels. To navigate this schedule click on each tab to see the different class offerings. You’ll find descriptions of each class HERE!

  • Lifting – Where you will work on your olympic lifts
  • Open Gym – For members only. Open gym is a non coached class that you can come in and work on skills or do your own workout.
  • Mindful Movement – Where you will find all Pilates Classes.
  • Strength & Conditioning – Right now these classes only include low intensity options such as Amped Down and Building Blocks.
  • Virtual Classes – Where you will find all of our virtual classes.

Not sure which classes best suit your needs and goals? ¬†We can help! Contact us to book a free consultation. You’ll meet one of our coaches and take a studio tour. You’ll also chat with them about your needs, goals, and availability. As a result they will help you create a schedule that is sustainable and appropriate for you!
