Meet Coach Kara! Co-creator of RTB and a coach who believes fitness is about so much more than just the workout. For Kara, movement is a way to build confidence, connection, and community because life is simply better (and way more fun) when we do it together.
With over 10 years in the fitness industry, Kara is passionate about helping clients move safely, efficiently, and with purpose while feeling empowered to get stronger along the way. She loves working with people who are eager to learn, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and individualized coaching to every class she teaches.
Kara’s classes are upbeat, high-energy, and supportive, blending motivation with smart movement and modifications tailored to the individual. One of her favorite reminders is, “You don’t get paid to play” meaning most of us aren’t professional athletes, and fitness should support our lives, not break us down. Her goal is for every client to leave class feeling just a little bit stronger, better, and more confident than when they walked in.
