Life’s a dance, you learn as you go” Where to find her on the weekends: In the summer, you can find me on my deck, out for a run/walk or digging in my garden. I love camping trips with my family and drinks around a campfire. In the winter, I hibernate. Something to know about her: My interest in health and fitness started around the age of 12 when I began following along to a 30 minute Canadian aerobic show called “Everyday Workout with Cynthia Kereluk.” I got my first gym membership when I was 17 and I’ve been addicted ever since. I love learning and “geeking out” about our body and how it functions. I look forward to sharing may passion of health, fitness and wellness with everyone and hope you “geek out” with me! November of 2021, I began a mentorship program with RTB. Even though I have my certification, I still felt like I wanted to learn more and be exposed to different styles of coaching. I’ve participated and observed many classes at RTB and even though I am a certified instructor, I feel so much stronger in the short time there. The team and atmosphere has been so positive, welcoming, knowledgable and close knit. I am beyond excited for what the future holds and the opportunity to coach classes with an amazing and supportive team!
