Amped Down here we come! We are currently only running low intensity classes under the current Covid restrictions. So we got creative and as a result came up with a new class called Amped Down. Unlike Amped up this class is strictly strength based. There is no cardiovascular component. However don’t let that fool you. You will still get a wicked workout in this class.
In this class we’ve gone back to the drawing board and come up with some unique low intensity exercises. This also means we are working on smaller muscle groups and accessory work so you can come back even stronger when we are allowed to get back to the high intensity we love!
This class is suitable for all fitness levels!
