Pilates Blend – Intermediate

This will a blended class using both the reformer and chair. This class is ideal for those with some Pilates experience. Cues will still focus on setup, breath and movements will be clearly explained and cued throughout each exercise. However in this level you should feel more comfortable with much of the choreography and you will better feel the connection to each exercise and be able to deepen your experience and improve technique and form

 

Intensity: Moderate to High
