Pilates mix is an athletic pilates class incorporating Reformer and Mat flows while utilizing various props such as hand weights, Pilates rings, and bender balls. Each class is different and unique. Designed to be fun but fast paced, challenging and focusing on total body.
This class is 50 minutes long.
