Join our Virtual Yoga class for a relaxing Tuesday evening. This yoga class will be a Hatha style class. “Hatha incorporates many of the same poses as Vinyasa. The main difference is the pacing of the classes. Vinyasa moves at a faster pace and requires greater breathing control than Hatha Yoga. At Raise the Bar we have plenty of high intensity fast paced classes which is why we went with a Hatha based class. Taking this class will help balance out your fitness routine and allow the body proper recovery, stretching and postural alignment.
For Virtual Yoga will need a yoga mat, blankets, and anything you could use to substitute for a bolster and blocks. This class will be 1 hour.
